The Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum continues its “America250 Film Series” with a screening of the 1939 film "Drums Along the Mohawk" starring Claudette Colbert and Henry Fonda.

Based upon a 1936 novel of the same name by Walter D. Edmonds, "Drums Along the Mohawk" tells the story of a family who settles on the New York frontier during the Revolutionary War and is forced to defend their farm from attacks by Loyalists and Indigenous tribes.
